In 2021 Aaron Liu released two albums under his long running Balloon Club project, water songs (which was released on bud tapes) and No Use In Fantasy, a sparkling and soaring collection of songs full of heart and emotion that were quietly dropped on the Balloon Club bandcamp page in late 2021. Now reissued on cassette for your listening pleasure, Fantasy is another masterful collection of songs from Liu. Guitars jangle and tambourines strike out with bombast, sounding like the pastels with stephen’s deadpan delivery replaced by ecstasy and melancholy all at once. FEELING! it's magnificent. EMOTION!
