Released more than a decade into his life as a musician, Jonny G's first full length album is a work of deep experience and craftsmanship. More than a collection of personal songs, it is a sweeping statement on American life in the 21st century. Ranging through all the struggles and joys of working class life, "Life of Jonny" uses the intimate materials of Jonny's experience to make universal statements about growing up, class struggle, and the comfort we can find in the little things.
